1. Publisher and purpose

The antosofa.com site is published by Antoine Bouvier ("the publisher"). It provides statistics and probabilities on football matches (results, form, likely line-ups, strengths, likely scorers) and, for people who open an account, a private area to help with staking discipline: recording your own bets, spending limits, voluntary breaks and risk markers.

These terms of use ("Terms") apply to any use of the site and of an account. Creating an account means accepting the Terms and the privacy policy.

2. Nature of the service

Antosofa is not a gambling operator: it takes no bet, collects no stake, pays no winnings and is affiliated with no bookmaker. The bets you record in your area are personal notes to track your discipline; they are shared with no one.

Probabilities, expected scores, signals and selections are statistical estimates computed from public data. No system guarantees a win, no past result predicts a future one, and nothing on this site is betting advice, an incitement to gamble or a promise of gain. Every gambling decision is entirely yours.

3. Access and legal age

Public pages are accessible without an account. The account area is reserved for people of legal betting age in their country of residence (18 in France). The date of birth and country requested at sign-up are used only for this check; a false statement leads to the closure of the account.

An account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out with your account.

4. Safeguards

Each account sets a monthly spending limit, a daily spending limit and a maximum number of bets per day, enforced by the service before anything is recorded. A limit tightens immediately but only loosens after seven days. A voluntary break (24 hours to 90 days) can neither be shortened nor lifted before it ends, even on request to the publisher. These mechanisms are a help, not a guarantee: in case of difficulty with gambling, the help resources are available at any time.

5. Personal data

The data collected, its use and your rights (access, export, account deletion from "My data") are described in the privacy policy. Your bets, limits and preferences can be read only by you.

6. Advertising and sponsors

Public pages may show advertising spaces, always marked "Advertising", never in the account area nor next to gambling help resources. Directly managed sponsors are served by the site without third-party script or cookie. An external ad network, when active, is identified in the privacy policy; gambling ads are blocked there.

7. Intellectual property and sources

The site's structure, texts, calculations and presentation belong to the publisher. Reference data (fixtures, results, average odds, squads, Elo rankings) come from public sources cited in the method and remain the property of their authors. Any bulk extraction or commercial reuse of the content without agreement is prohibited.

8. Liability and availability

The publisher strives to provide accurate and up-to-date data, without guarantee of completeness or absence of error: a line-up, a date or a statistic may be wrong or lag behind reality. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or in case of failure. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of the site, nor for any gambling losses resulting from them.

9. Suspension and closure

The publisher may suspend or close an account in case of abuse (attempt to bypass the safeguards, automated extraction, harm to the service, false age statement). You can delete your account at any time from "My data"; the data is then erased.

10. Changes to the Terms and governing law

The Terms may change; the version date appears at the top of the page and any substantial change is announced in the account area. They are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts.
